Role Description
We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Advice Team Leader to manage and develop the team of advice staff and volunteers.
With experience in the advice sector, you will have a good knowledge of Advice Quality Standards. You will work closely with management and advisor teams making sure that a quality service is provided to Advice Space clients, carrying out regular quality checks, assessments and internal audits. It’s an opportunity to make an impact – making improvements and implementing solutions where the service isn’t what it needs to be. It’s important that you feel confident in supporting staff and volunteers to achieve this.
With experience of creating reports and spreadsheets, you will have the ability to present your findings and trends. Good time management skills, the ability to multi-task and cope well under pressure is essential for this role.
A completed OCN Adviser Training Programme (ATP) or equivalent (e.g. Welfare Rights Advice Programme formerly known as WRAP) is essential for this position.
